You want food huh? Alright here's an easy one Get Romain noodles - Any flavor and a can of your favor veggies (peas work good, so does mix veggies, corn... Anything works though) Heat the Romain using half a cup LESS than what is told to use. (So if it's one pack of Romain you use 1 1/2 cups of water. Boil water WITH the flavor pack in the water. Once it boils, put the noodles in. When the noodles have broken up and are starting to get soft open the can of veggies, drain and pour into the noodles. mix, cook until veggies are warm, pour into a bowl and eat. Quick and easy lunch, as well as a nice soup if you are sick.

Mine is a long recipe, in that it takes forever to do, but my favorite.
You get a nice potroast. Preferably whole, but "boneless ribs" work, too. Must be beef, not pork.
You set the crock pot on low at... like, midnight. Add the roast, at least 1 can of beef broth (I usually add 3, whatever it takes to drown the roast, covering it completely). To this, you add chopped up unions (dried works, too, add about 1 cup of the fresh cut or half a cup of the dried), onion powder (just a little), garlic powder (or half a glove of chopped garlic), ground pepper (not a lot), salt (or salt substitute), chopped up celery (Don't ship it too thin, leave it bulky, but half of what you'd consider bite sized), maybe some dried red peppers or other steak seasonings, but not much at all! Then, carrots! Chopped up works, but I prefer using baby carrots, a whole medium sized bag! You can also add baby red or yellow potatoes. I also add about 1/4th a cup of A-1 Steak Sauce.
Now, most people don't like this last part, but it's the truth... you have to let it cook all night, all morning, all afternoon and most of the morning. I cook it from 10-12 on Sunday night and don't turn off the crock pot till 6-10 on Monday evening.
That's good for a meal! With that, you can make tacos, burritos, sandwiches... you can put the meat on baked potatoes, or eat it as-is... which is what I do.
But it's the leftovers that you're interested in for this. DO NOT CUT THE MEAT! Peel it like you would a banana. Length! You want nice, long strands! (It tastes better, I dunno why) Anyway, the next day you take some of the meat. The carrots, and celery you take and mush/cut them into smaller pieces than the night before. Put them in a bowl. Next, add the meat! Tear long, thin strands of it! THIN! Like, noodle thin! Put them in the bowl! Next, pour in some broth! LOTS, this is a stew! To this, add A-1 Sauce! Lots of it the spicier you want the stew...mmm... you can add pepper, too, but don't add salt/salt substitute. The less salt to this, the better for you!
Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Have corn with both meals. The salt/butter combo in the corn (canned, steamed, anything but cob) actually tastes like candy with the spice of the meat!!
It's my favorite meal of all times.

Cool We make that when we are low on money and food. Because we almost always have noodles and usually have one or two cans of veggies!
