Congratulations, Cardinals!



You did your best! It was so close there, but the points were scored. Who would have ever, in a million years, guessed that you would take us to the Super Bowl and... not be in the history books for the worlds shortest game.

You guys earned your new stadium! You worked hard, played hard, and were up against 6 time champions and still gave them a run for their money!!

Steelers won by 4 or 5 points. That's NOTHING! You guys did great!

Think about it? They're from here, the desert, where we have people dying from heat stroke in January. A place the Discovery Channel has listed as one of the top deadliest places to live. We have more poisonous animals than anywhere else in the country, and we're second only to Australia in the entire world! It takes an entire continent to kick out butts on poison! The Cardinals have never even seen the Super Bowl. Even when it was here. People probably didn't know Arizona <b>had</b> a football team! They were thrown into a humid, muggy, cold environment and made to play ball at night.

And they were winning!

Did they lose? I don't think so! They simply didn't come in first, but they have made history and they should be proud!

Congratulations, Steelers, for your 1st place victory! Congratulations Cardinals for your triumph!

It was a good game! It was awesome to watch a lot of good plays and MAN it was close almost the WHOLE time! Nice job both times

I'll probably get banned for this (just kidding) but I was a Steelers fan. I know the Cardinals were the underdogs and everybody I knew wanted them to win. But t quote harry Potter "Poisonous toadstools don't change their spots." (especially when the have aspergers)

Now that the Steelers won (had the cardinals won this paragraph would have said "now that the cardinals won") I can finally sop caring about football for this year. Thank God. I am a swimmer and a tennis player and keeping up with the playoffs was so boring.

Congrats to the Cardinals on coming so close. I didn't watch the ending but I heard it was almost like the Bills Giants game in the 70s? where it was the last minutes and and a big gain from the opponents spelled loss for that game.

And Arizona may have it bad but remember the south has brown recluse spiders as well as black widows so its not peaches and cream here either. I would love to live in Arizona but I can't yet so I will stay here with my insecticide and pray I don't get bitten.

Hm...I didn't care either way. I don't know anything about the NFL. In fact the only two football teams that I know anything at all about are Notre Dame and Purdue, but that's because my parents grew up in South Bend and are ND fans and I am going to graduate from Purdue soon and they're not even the same as NFL.

I hate football I'm forced to watch the playoffs and Superbowl and it is soooooo boring. I don't know anything about the league that doesn't deal with the Buffalo Bills which are my favorite team because if they weren't my grandpa would disown me.

I watch it every once and awhile... the people in my area are Steelers Fans... I'm not really any teams fan. HEHE But I was cheering on Arizona because I wanted to see them kick the Steelers BUTT! Plus with the big hype of them here... I get so sick of them sometimes

I would have to say the most interesting part of the Superbowl for me would be Bruce Springsteen and the East Street band, I love art of all kinds.

I think it's pretty much an NFL Rule that all the suck is property of the detroit lions. we need to rename our team, i think. they're not awesome enough to deserve it.

congratulations arizona for turning around your team. the curse of ford field lost 15 games this year.

i don't really watch sports either... i used to watch stuff, but i don't have time recently and now i don't even know the names... another good story is all the times my friend made me play the madden games. i find the tic-tac-toe they do comical. i would very much abuse the prompter to draw and circle shit. that and the only play i knew when i played madden was the hail mary pass.

so that was the whole game. i'd shuffle through the plays to pretend like i'm thinking or whatever. but no... hail mary. and since you had to control the players and stuff it rarely worked for me.

and um, i never really got the point. in madden your friend could just look to the other side of the screen and see what you were up to. but now you all know how good i am.

I was on the road during the super ball im gonna admit it i hate watching sports but i LOVE playing them yes, i relize weird mix but i do and my dad is the one who likes it anad since my brother is anti-sports anti-EVERTHING EXCEPT BLACKNESS AND SCREAMO MUSIC my dad turned to me i was the 6 year old girl who REFUSED with a passion to wear anything that was even CLOSE to a skirt or dress!!!!! So aka i was the boy and the other only reason i watch it is I LOVE CHIPS AND SALSA so i sit down and eat chips and salsa and pizza and fall asleep on my dads lap like in the begning and its all over from there, i think my dad knows thats the only part of it that i enjoy but i guess he dosnt care as long as he thinks i think he thinks that i think that he thhinks that i thhink that i like watching football You know? You probly donw BUT ANYWAYZ i heard about that hacking thing i was on the road for alot of the road Those guys got sued like mad and the porn shot wasnt the best thing in the world -dad had video tapped the superball- It was like Well not getting into detail but kinda weird I THINK the guys got sued out of house home and cloathing!!!!!
